Return & Refund Policy – Velari

At Velari, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the terms below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European and Portuguese consumer protection laws, customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in perfect condition and unused;
  • Be returned in its original packaging;
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documents provided;
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Velari reserves the right to refuse returns for items showing signs of misuse, wear, or damage caused by the customer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or engraved watches;
  • Products damaged through improper use;
  • Items returned without original packaging;
  • Products with removed or damaged warranty seals.

4. Return Process

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors;
  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, Velari will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Velari reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.

7. Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue for evaluation.
